[Fix] Ubuntu Speaker not working, but headphones are!

This will be my last update as a ubuntu user (for a while at least)
I'll be switching to mint tonight!

sudo gedit  /etc/modules

change the line:
rtc

to:

#rtc

---
save, and reboot.
it should be working fine now.
